Returns

We offer a 30-day return/exchange policy. Items MUST be returned new and unused; in the event that an item is defective, please contact us in advance for instructions.

NOTE: Return postage/shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, unless other arrangements have been approved beforehand (for a defective item, for example). It is recommended that you use a trackable service, such as USPS Priority mail, UPS or FedEx. Keep a copy of your tracking information.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in include the original packaging and a copy of the invoice/order.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error;
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery to the recipient.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Upon inspection and approval, your refund will be processed, less your original shipping amount paid, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Depending on the payment method used (debit card, credit card, etc) a credit to your card may take 10-14 days. (Debit cards may take up to 30 days for a credit, which is beyond our control.)


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.

If you paid with a debit card, these transactions may take much longer than a credit card.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please use our contact form on the website and our staff will investigate within 1 business day.

You will be responsible for shipping costs to return your item(s).

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We will exchange/ replace items if they do not fit or are defective/damaged.

If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@texasbigoutdoors.com.

If your item is valued in excess of $50, you need to purchase insurance to cover the item in the event that it becomes damaged or lost. We have no control of the item during shipping with USPS, FedEx, UPS or any other 3rd party shipping provider and will not be responsible for lost or damaged items.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
